Pimping bacon on Saturdays!

My good friend Dave is kind of a jack of all trades. He’s a graphic designer, a fabulous photographer and foodie extraordinaire. He actually built his own smoker and it was designed to feed large groups…..like the size of his own wedding reception.
When Dave and Andrea invite me to dinner, I will drop everything to go. Heck, it’s a quick walk up Santa Clara Ave! But seriously, I know it will always be delicious and my belly will be happy and full. Dave knows food.
Over the past few months, he’s been making bacon and I recently purchased a pack from him. I have never tasted bacon this delicious. Now, when Dave heads down to Farmer’s market on Saturdays, he stops in to see if I need bacon. Yes, I NEED this bacon.
So when something this good has come to the neighborhood, I have to share this information with you, my neighbors, friends and clients. You must try this bacon! I’m happy to be the go between on this. If you’d like to try Dave’s bacon and want to pick it up on Saturdays, I have a fridge and will happily store it and collect your money.

I’ve had this magical bacon. If you’re going to eat pig, it should be a happy pig. If you’re going to eat bacon, it should be DAVE’s. The only way to get better bacon than Dave’s is to die and go to bacon heaven.
